The experience of Cindy Cook and her staff in the proper Pilates techniques, which prevent injury and maximize loss of inches, is a major reason I would recommend the studio. Perhaps more importantly is the individualization of the workouts which allows everyone, regardless of their level of fitness, to enjoy and reap the benefits from the sessions. Lastly, the staff at this studio helped me quit smoking through their encouragement and the feeling of well-being from the sessions.
